The Campus Grounds Improvement project at CTU Main Campus transformed an area previously occupied by temporary offices into paved campus roads with an integrated drainage system.

The works involved clearing the site, removing affected structures and obstructions, and preparing the ground for new concrete roads, curbs, gutters, and speed humps to improve campus access and circulation.

A covered drainage system with catch basins was also constructed to collect and direct stormwater, supporting a more accessible and organized campus environment.
