COMPENSATION:

- Entry-level salary

- Monthly salary is negotiable based on experience

- SSS, HDMF, PHIC, 13th-month pay

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct pre-construction site assessments to evaluate conditions and gather essential data.

- Produce precise construction drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and 3D render, ensuring all details are clear and buildable.

- Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.

- Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of the project drawings and materials as well as execute detailed work progress.

- And all the other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Educational background: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup Pro, Lumion, and other design software, ensuring efficient creation and modification of detailed architectural plans and 3D models.

- Exceptional communication and project management skills.

- Attention to detail and a passion for design innovation.

- Can be trusted to perform duties in a proper and honest manner and can work effectively with minimum supervision.

- Capable of working with less supervision and ability to multitask
