QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and other Internet Applications

- Ability to quickly learn industry-related regulations quickly and utilize information in written reports

- No work experience is required but should have basic knowledge of human resource management

- Can be trusted to perform duties in a proper and honest manner and can work effectively with minimum supervision.

- Willingness to be trained and learn the provided ERP/Payroll Software

- Experience in Human Resource Management or equivalent is an advantage

- Educational background: Human Resources Management, Psychology

- Experience in AutoCAD and Sketchup Pro or equivalent rendering software is an advantage

- Strong critical thinking skills

- Can be trusted to perform duties in a proper and honest manner and can work effectively with minimum supervision.

- Willingness to be trained and learn the provided ERP Software

- Educational background: Graduate of BSIT-Drafting or other related courses

2023-02 Accounting Staff

 


Accounting Staff (Reliever Position)


CAREER LEVEL:

Entry-Level to Middle-Level

Full Time - Reliever Position

8-hr Shift M-F


COMPENSATION:

- Monthly salary is negotiable based on experience

- SSS, HDMF, PHIC, 13th month pay


RESPONSIBILITIES:

- In-charge in all phases of accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, inventory and fixed asset accounting and reporting

- Coordinate with Project Engineer(s) in relation to customer billings and payments.

- Coordinate with purchasing, payroll, and sales teams in all monthly reporting responsibilities and proper documentation

- Ensure accuracy of financial entries logged on the accounting system.

- Generation of other reports requested by management

- Assists the officer-in-charge in the renewal of business licenses and accreditation

- Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

General Requirements:

  1. Must be a university-required apprenticeship/on-the-job training
  2. Memorandum of Agreement with the University is required upon commencement
  3. Proof of Enrollment to the OJT program under the BS Civil Engineering program is required upon commencement
  4. Full-time office or on-site duty
  5. Minimum of 240 hours
  6. Compensation will be provided
  7. Site and office training exposure
