A Legacy of Excellence of HCDC Company

During my On-the-Job training at HERO Construction and Development Corporation (HCDC), I had a transformative experience that left a lasting impact on my growth as a Civil Engineering student. As I navigated a remote and unfamiliar work environment, I was challenged to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, each with their unique attitudes and behaviors. This experience pushed me beyond my comfort zone, allowing me to develop my adaptability and problem-solving skills, and providing me with invaluable lessons that I carry with me to this day.

Through the opportunities provided by HERO Construction and Development Corporation, I have been able to gain invaluable hands-on experience in actual site projects. This experience has not only allowed me to effectively collaborate with site workers, but also with other industry professionals, and has given me a deeper understanding of the complexities involved in successful project execution.

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to HERO for the wonderful opportunity to be part of their team. The experience and knowledge I gained during my On-the-Job training were truly transformative and have helped shape me into a more competent and confident Civil Engineering student. I am grateful for the mentorship and support that HERO provided me throughout my training, and I look forward to carrying forward the skills and values I learned with me in my future career endeavors.
