HR Staff


CAREER LEVEL:

  1. Entry-Level
  2. Full Time (Probationary Period applies)
  3. 8-hr Shift (M-F)


COMPENSATION:

- Starting salary is at 14,000.00-15,000.00

- Monthly salary is negotiable based on experience

- SSS, HDMF, PHIC, 13th month pay

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Preferably with at least 1 year of HR or administrative experience (construction industry background is an advantage).

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Competencies:

  1. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  2. Knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and government-mandated benefits.
  3. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
